We are looking for a experienced business leader with a technical background and a deep understanding of wood and wooden structures. If you understand timber construction, have experience in the construction or woodworking industry, and want to combine technical know-how with business vision, you are the right person for us.

Who are we looking for?
You have a higher education in construction, wood technology, or a technical field (e.g., wooden construction, wood engineering, etc.).
You have experience in the field of wooden structures, wood production, or wooden constructions – without this experience, it is difficult to succeed in the position.
You understand the properties of wood, construction principles, and technological processes and can transfer them into business practice.
You can lead business negotiations, see things through to the end, and understand connections.
You enjoy business development and long-term relationships more than quick transactions.
You have a natural leadership quality and a desire to lead a team.
You can communicate in English at a professional level.
What awaits you?
Business Management and Strategy – you will focus on key industries and markets in the field of timber constructions and structural wooden systems, seeking new opportunities and setting the business direction.
Relationship Building – collaboration with design offices, architects, developers, and construction companies; developing long-term partnerships.
Technical Expertise – you will actively utilize your knowledge of materials, constructions, and wood processing technologies when preparing business offers and implementing projects.
Large Contracts – you will be at the forefront of significant projects, from identification and preparation to negotiation and implementation.
Team Leadership – you will lead a business-technical team, being both an inspiration and support.
Collaboration with Management – you will be a partner to the CEO in strategic decisions and co-create the company's long-term vision.
