In 2009, we implemented Integrated Management System (IMS) in KASPER CZ s.r.o. based on previous positive experiences from the long-term successful application of the quality management system according to ČSN EN ISO 9001.
In KASPER SK s.r.o., we implemented the quality management according to STN EN ISO 9001 in 2017.
All documents accepted by the company as part of the IMS form a system whose strict adherence is a guarantee of high quality of processes in all activities of the company, both in relation to the customer and in internal processes.
The production management system is operated and certified in compliance with ZA standard EN 14250:2010. Ongoing supervision, assessment, and approval of the management system is carried out by the notified body no.1393 - Research and Development Institute of Woodworking, Prague s.p.

Development of load-bearing structures based on wood in the companies KASPER CZ s.r.o. and KASPER SK s.r.o.
At KASPER CZ s.r.o., we do not only accept foreign ideas but also utilize the potential of our people and develop our own technologies. This usually happens in relation to specific projects, where we face new challenges and must seek solutions beyond what is standard and tested. This leads to new construction solutions, we gain valuable insights, and our employees have the opportunity to grow professionally.
Our specialized workplace focused on research and development mainly deals with the behavior of elements in wooden truss structures. It closely collaborates with the Czech Technical University in Prague, specifically with Assoc. Prof. Ing. Petr Kuklík, CSc., from the Department of Steel and Timber Structures Faculty of Civil Engineering. Our research staff also participates in the research and development of heavy timber frames for multi-story buildings in collaboration with Assoc. Prof. Ing. Vladimír Bílek, CSc.
In 2009, we succeeded in developing and successfully implementing our own all-wood structural truss system for low-energy (passive) houses, which KASPER CZ s.r.o. has protected with utility model no. 20697.
Currently, we are mainly focused on designing laminated timber structures, which we implement in cooperation with the Austrian company WIEHAG GmbH.

Since 2007, we have been using robust K2 software in KASPER CZ to manage corporate processes. It integrates functionalities of a production management system, ERP system, as well as features of modern CRM systems. The implementation of this tool into corporate processes greatly benefits our customers as it helps us increase the quality of production, services, and communication.
