KASPER Timber Construction s.r.o. is looking for an accountant with experience for the economic department in Trutnov, who will manage the accounting for group companies, process monthly and annual financial statements including consolidation, ensure invoicing, asset records, and tax returns. We require a high school diploma in economics, experience in a similar position, knowledge of accounting standards and MS Office (knowledge of K2 is an advantage), and above all, independence and responsibility. Who are we looking for?
Secondary education in the field of economics;
experience in a similar position;
good knowledge of accounting procedures, standards, and laws;
very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of the K2 information system is an advantage;
work commitment, independence, responsibility, reliability, organizational skills, loyalty.

management of accounting operations for companies in this group;
processing monthly and annual financial statements;
processing annual consolidated financial statements;
management of internet banking;
asset accounting, inventory of assets;
invoicing for services and rent;
cash management, processing travel orders;
processing VAT returns, property tax returns, processing reports, analyses, summaries, cash flow forecasts;
processing documents for grant projects and their settlement;
processing statistical reports;
management of data boxes (representative);
archiving documents;
assistance in preparing company regulations.
