Prague Troja
Gazebo in the ornamental garden
The multipurpose gazebo in the ornamental part of the botanical garden in Prague is designed as an all-wood construction made of solid frames and wall panels, mounted on piles supported by a steel structure. In the wooden structure, modern glued materials KVH and BSH made of structural spruce and exposed weather-resistant larch timber are used. The joining and anchoring of the structural elements is ensured by steel bolts with bulldogs, self-drilling dowels, and screws. It is not surprising that the assembly work was carried out with maximum consideration for the surrounding flora and that the resulting modern structure is sensitively connected with nature.
