Family house

This is a family house, for whose roof construction we used new construction lumber type S4S – that is, wood that is dried, planed, and calibrated. Its main advantage is the fact that due to the drying process, there is no need to use impregnation; the wood is sterilized by drying, which leads to the elimination of all potential pests, mold spores, and fungi.
