The roofing of the object consists of a traditionally bound truss, which is executed in visible quality. The truss is made of high-quality glued wood, which ensures high strength, long lifespan, and meets high aesthetic requirements for the truss. The structure is designed to effectively transfer the load of the roof (snow, wind, the roof's own weight) to the load-bearing walls and foundations of the building. Thanks to the materials used and the manufacturing technology, the complete assembly of the truss, ceiling, and balcony was carried out within three days.
