Protected Landscape Area of Český Les
House in the game reserve
The company KASPER CZ s.r.o. recently completed an architecturally interesting wooden structure designed by the renowned architectural office e-MRAK s.r.o. of Professor Martin Rajniš. The inconspicuous large building with a beautiful view is located in the protected landscape area of Český les. The house is sensitively placed on a gently sloping terrain near a pond and naturally integrates with the surrounding undulating landscape. The structural design of the building simply combines natural materials (larch wood, stone, glass, clay) and, together with the rational use of natural, especially solar, energy represented by the system of sun shades, underscores the fundamental structural philosophy of the design authors Prof. Ing. arch. Martin Rajniš and MgA. David Kubík. The construction documentation of the load-bearing structure of the building was processed at KASPER CZ s.r.o. in collaboration with e-MRAK s.r.o. using specialized software for wooden constructions, SEMA. Complete digital 3D processing of the entire building allowed for fine-tuning all structural details and subsequently quickly and accurately ensuring all processing of wooden elements on CNC machines. Partial prefabricated wall and ceiling units were assembled at the company's manufacturing plant on a specialized FRAMER line and subsequently transported to the construction site.
